Meteorites brought deadly viruses to Earth, and almost all adults died, those who did not die transformed into bloodthirsty mutants. Those who died or turned into hairy evil mutants and small children - those who were under 10 years old. Only teenagers aged 10-15 survived and retained their sanity. They had to create a new world and a new civilization. The action of the dystopian novel takes place in Saratov and its surroundings. 15-year-old Andrey Komarov, a former schoolboy, a candidate for a boxing master, stood at the head of one of the teenage communities. He realized in time that it was necessary to arm themselves, and this helped the community withstand the pressure of teenage gangs seeking to build a slave society, and successfully repel the attacks of insane mutants who fed on the blood and flesh of animals and humans.
