The book presents materials containing analysis, generalization and systematization of the experience of the United States and Germany, accumulated in organizing, planning, financing and conducting defense studies. The choice of these countries is unuschaued and determined by the presence of significant differences in the processes of formation and functioning of systems for the provision of armed forces with the latest samples of weapons and military equipment.
