Description of the dosage form
Tablets: round, biconvex, coated with a shell ranging from pure pink to pink with a brown tint, with a specific odor.
Pharmacological action
Pharmacological action - estrogen-like.
Pharmacodynamics
CI-CLIM® has an estrogen-like effect, exhibits sedative properties, and has a positive therapeutic effect on the autonomic nervous system.
CI-CLIM® reduces levels of FSH and LH, increases estradiol levels, leading to the elimination of early climacteric disorders (psychological and vegetative-vascular disorders) and delayed climacteric disorders associated with low estrogen levels.
The therapeutic effect of CI-CLIM® develops gradually and is evident approximately after 2-4 weeks of treatment.
Indications for CI-CLIM®
Vegetative-vascular and psychological disorders in pre-, post-, and menopause (including hot flashes, increased sweating, sleep disturbances, increased nervous excitability, mood swings, apathy),
Disorders associated with decreased estrogen levels during menopause.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug,
Estrogen-dependent tumors.
With caution: liver function disorders, epilepsy, brain diseases and injuries (use is possible only after consulting a doctor).
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The drug should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Side effects

Interaction
Due to the possibility of overdose, it is not recommended to take with other drugs containing Cimicifuga extract.
Dosage and administration
Orally, 1 tablet (not chewed, washed down with a small amount of liquid) twice a day, preferably at the same time of day (morning and evening). The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor.
Overdose
Symptoms: in case of accidental use of the drug in doses significantly exceeding the recommended ones, dyspepsia, gastralgia, and liver function disorders may occur.
Treatment: symptomatic.
Special instructions
The drug should not be taken for more than 3 months without consulting a doctor.
In case of changes in the menstrual cycle, as well as with prolonged or other newly occurring complaints, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
In case of pregnancy, it is necessary to stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery. The drug in recommended doses does not affect the ability to drive a car and operate machinery.
