Customs law as an educational discipline studied in the overwhelming majority of universities of the countries implementing the OOP VPO in the direction of 030900.62 - Jurisprudence, is a complex of knowledge, skills and skills necessary to future specialists to conduct professional activities in all sectors and spheres, anyway connected with foreign economic activity.
The main objective of this book is to assist students in the systematization and concretization of their knowledge gained during lectures and seminars, focus their attention on the basic concepts of customs law and prepare for the successful surrender of the exam or standings on this academic discipline.
The structure of the study manual fully reflects the structure of the modern customs officer of Russia as an integral participant in the Customs Union of the Eurasian Economic Community, has been developed taking into account the provisions of the Customs Code of the Customs Union and the Federal Law on Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation
