The Intergovernmental Council of the Eurasian Economic Community (the highest body of the Customs Union) at the level of the heads of states of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation adopted an agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union, to which the Republic of Armenia and the Kyrgyz Republic subsequently joined.
The book provides the Customs Code of the Customs Union, approved by the Treaty of 11/27/2009, also a number of agreements of the States Parties to the Customs Union. To the latest changes in regulatory documents given a comment.
