This manual is comprehensive and contains all the necessary material on the course "Actual problems of the theory of state and law": seminars" plans, a detailed list of control and discussion issues that can be used during the discussion in practical classes, tasks and tests of varying degrees of difficulty, As well as the tasks based on the incidental cases from various industry disciplines.
