A book in a collection inlaid binding. The binding is made of two types of genuine leather using the 19th century technology and decorated with continuous thin embossing, in full accordance with the best samples of the bindings of European masters. The progressive forces, whose cultural mission, according to Kulish, cannot be doubtful, he considered primarily Russian autocracy. Of course, Kulish realized that the book, written in such a vein, would cause indignation among its like -minded people. Reflecting views, a completely different vision of the past of their people has become a difficult stage for both Kulish himself and his supporters.
