For the first time in one edition, a wide range of excerpts from the memoirs of Russian post -revolutionary emigrants about Emperor Nicholas II - his closest environment, military leaders, foreign diplomats, and contemporaries was collected. Studies of historians from the environment of Russian abroad, fragments of the published diaries and correspondence of Nicholas II, as well as the publication of the Union of Junior to the Memory of the Sovereign in different countries are also presented. They reflect the most significant episodes of the reign of Nicholas II, his spiritual appearance, the principles of power, understanding of duty and ministry.
