The monograph is devoted to the humanitarian activities of the Russian public and the state in Serbia during the First World War. The work considers the main directions of assistance to the population of the Union State, the mechanism of their financing. Particular attention, due to the specifics of circumstances, is paid to issues of the formation and activities of the sanitary units of the Russian Red Cross (ROCK) and the Petrograd Slavic charity society in Serbia and Montenegro in 1914-1915.
