The collection contains the most important mass sources on the history of Dmitrov during the late Middle Ages and the early New Age: a hundred with a scribe and boundary book 1623/1624 and four census books (1646,1677, 1709, 1715) Documents contain information about almost the entire population of the city: the clergy, ordered, Posad, bobbles, peasants living in city settlements, retired archers and soldiers. Most sources are published for the first time.
