“The monograph considers relevant philosophical, social and cultural problems associated with linguistic communication in the interdisciplinary perspective. In the monograph, the author affirms the beginning of the fifth stage of positivist philosophy - an illinguistic positivism. The concept of “positivism” is transferred from philosophy, where the language always belonged to the language, in cultural studies, because with the development of culture the communicative significance of cultural languages increases. The main meaning of communication does not have to be present in the language of a person. On the contrary, for information volume of meaning, the language is inferior in information speed to other languages of culture. Moreover, the inclusion of cultural languages in the information process meets the general concept of non -linearity in modern science. The concept of “truth” as something “one-faced and chosen correctly” is outdated. Non -linguistic positivism is the most saturated with cultural content of the branch of humanitarian science that studies the language. In this direction of philosophy, artifacts of culture are brighter, as direct media of information. The monograph can be successfully used for the courses of the philosophy of culture, cultural studies, the theory of communications, business communication, the Russian language and the culture of speech. ”
