The monograph is dedicated to the heraldic history of the Pushkin clan in 200 years, from the middle of the XVIII to the middle of the XX century. The process of the occurrence of the birth coat of arms is analyzed. For the first time in science, a comprehensive characteristic of all iconographic versions is given, the meaning of the emblem is explained, it is told about the use of a symbol in everyday life. Separate sections are dedicated to the tok of the Novgorod branch of the Pushkin, not previously studied, and A.S. Pushkin to heraldry. The study is written on the basis of an exhaustive set of archival sources, as well as material monuments from state and private collections, including foreign. New materials made it possible to reconstruct the heraldic culture of the Pushkin, to show its close connection with the history of the clan, the social status of branches, and biographies of specific individuals.
