This collection of articles is the seventh volume of a periodic scientific publication about the domestic and foreign heraldry. It contains studies on the legal aspects of the stability in modern Russia, about heraldic symbolism in the decoration of the State Historical Museum, about state emblems of Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine, about the unknown manuscript by A.N.
