A hundred years before George Orwell in the Anti -utopia "1984, the term “thought -crime” (1949), a group of young people in Russia, was sentenced to shoot for participation in a case, which the investigators themselves called a" conspiracy of ideas". The fault of the so -called Petrashevites was reading forbidden books, meetings and disputes.
