Cultural activity in context

This publication is the first fundamental work in Russia, in which they reflected the achievement of domestic and world science in the field: the economic theory of cultural activity, which originates in the "theory of guardianship benefits", empirical analysis of the cultural potential and the functioning of the culture of modern Russia and its comparisons with the tasks state cultural policy, institutional research of public financing of culture, including the historical experience of Russia and foreign countries, the creation of a favorable legal environment for the activities of producers and consumers of cultural goods, as well as statistical and sociological measurements of the cultural activity of the population. The monograph, which presents the results of interdisciplinary research of all the main types of cultural activity, consists of 2 sections, 8 parts and 24 chapters.
