The monograph, based on the study of the genesis and modern views, delves into well-known theoretical and methodological approaches to models of taxation and tax administration of transnational companies and beneficiaries, as well as the role and significance of tax instruments in the development and implementation of the state's socio-economic policy. Comprehensive proposals have been developed to improve a number of mechanisms and instruments of tax administration of cross-border operations, enshrined in the form of separate norms of tax legislation and forming a holistic concept of the development of the toolkit for tax administration of cross-border operations.
