The book discusses the criteria for strength, fatigue resistance, and elastic stability of structural elements. A new methodology for predicting crack resistance of structures under negative temperatures is presented, taking into account material properties, sheet thickness, and residual welding stresses, as well as a methodology for calculating fatigue resistance based on structural stresses. The application of linear and nonlinear numerical methods for analyzing the elastic stability of structural elements is considered.
