The book is devoted to the study of crises in the latest (post -communist) Russian history. Among them are crises transformational, macroeconomic, structural, revolutionary, as well as crises of external shocks. Particular attention is paid to the problems of the modern global crisis and the features of its development in Russian conditions. The current global crisis forms the so -called new reality. Its origins, features and possible consequences are investigated in this monograph, taking into account the experience of the largest crises of the last hundred years. These are systemic crises of the 1930s and 1970s, and crises of the last thirty years that took place in Russia
