The collection of problems and tasks is compiled taking into account the current criminal and criminal procedural legislation and state standards in the discipline of 'Criminalistics' for all levels of higher legal education. It is designed for students to acquire knowledge in the field of the general theory of this science, to gain skills in the application of forensic tools and methods, tactical techniques of organizing and planning investigations, conducting investigative actions, specific investigation methods for various types and categories of crimes.
The collection contains a significant number of problems and tasks based on published and unpublished investigative and judicial practice, control questions for each topic, the main literature recommended for study, and tests for each section of criminalistics. The appendix includes a bibliography of recent literature on the specified course, which should be used for preparation for seminars and practical classes, completion of course and final qualification works, approximate topics for course and final qualification works in criminalistics, as well as methodological assignments for their completion.
The legislation is provided as of May 1, 2017.
The publication is intended for students and teachers of legal institutes and faculties. It can also be used for training sessions for practical workers of the prosecutor's office, preliminary investigation of crimes, courts, and the bar.
