The text of the Code is verified with the official source and is provided as of June 1, 2023, using commonly accepted abbreviations. This edition takes into account only the changes made by federal laws published in official sources up to the date of the edition's printing. The text of the articles is given as of the date indicated on the cover of this book (the update date). If there are changes that come into force later, along with the version of the norm in force on that date, the norm in the new version is provided, along with the date on which it comes into force. The edition includes a guide to the current judicial practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as well as the current resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation - the relevant articles of the code are marked with a sign, after which the title, details, and points of the necessary document are provided. Additionally, this edition includes the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated May 31, 2022, No. 11 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated September 27, 2012, No. 19 'On the Application by Courts of the Legislation on Necessary Defense and Infliction of Harm in Detaining a Person Who Has Committed a Crime'".
