The monograph is devoted to understanding the peculiarities of criminal-jurisdictional activity in the conditions of digitalization, including taking into account law enforcement practice in the implementation of criminal prosecution in a number of foreign countries.
The work is aimed at solving problems caused by the need to introduce new or amend certain existing provisions of criminal, criminal procedural, criminal executive legislation, and legislation on operational-search activities.
Issues of qualification of crimes committed using information and telecommunication devices, as well as crimes whose subject matter is digital entities, the specifics of detecting, preventing, investigating crimes with a digital element and holding the guilty criminally responsible, new methods of investigating crimes in the digital sphere, the processes of implementing information technologies in the activities of law enforcement agencies are considered.
