The publication comments on the General and Special Parts of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (as amended by Federal Law No. 116-FZ of March 14, 2023). The commentary is mainly article-by-article, but it also reflects the main provisions related to the sections and chapters of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
