The textbook is prepared in accordance with the federal state general educational standard of higher professional education in the field of training 03.09.00 "Jurisprudence" (qualification (degree) - "Master").
The manual contains an analysis of fundamental, including collision, issues of qualifying actions in the field of criminal bankruptcy. Structurally, it is divided into paragraphs, parts, and subparts, denoted by digital landmarks (1.1, 2.1, etc.). The book focuses on the analysis of bankruptcy methods, the benefits that a subject derives from their actions, the composition of "bankruptcy" crimes, and the possibilities of exemption from criminal liability for committing crimes of the considered group.
The work analyzes legislation, including laws regulating bankruptcy, scientific concepts. Options for optimal solutions to collision issues are proposed.
The legislation is provided as of July 1, 2021.
