Dear specialists, this educational and methodological manual is intended for those of you who wish to try themselves in a new field. The manual covers the establishment of small innovative enterprises (business entities) by universities, individuals, and legal entities, based on the right of joint activity and ownership, with registration in the Ministry of Education. The educational and methodological manual includes a methodological section, stages of creating small innovative enterprises, and the regulatory framework governing the activities and establishment of the organization. The appendices contain regulatory documents necessary for the establishment of small innovative enterprises and conducting operations for registration in various authorities, as well as in other situations. The proposed educational and methodological manual is intended for interested individuals creating small innovative enterprises (business entities) in accordance with Federal Law No. 217-FZ of August 2, 2009. The educational and methodological manual was approved at a meeting of the Department of Theory and Practice of Management at Surgut State Pedagogical University, protocol No. 6 dated February 18, 2016.
