This book is based on many years of experience of a bone cutter and a restorer. Almost all existing books about Necke are considering the aesthetic side, the history of the creation of products, styles and plots. There are practically no literature about what practical secrets are hidden behind the process of creating NECKE. In the book, an extensive material on the art of carving is collected from Japanese specialists of rare techniques for creating NECKE to the northern crafts.
