The book presents 200 various patterns for knitting, most of which have passed the test of time and will always be relevant - regardless of fashion and trends.

This collection will serve as an excellent addition to the "Big Book of Japanese Patterns" Hitomi Shida. Here are the favorite motives of Yoko Hutta, the founder of the Kazekobo knitting studio: patterns from facial and wrong loops, openwork patterns, braids and arana, elastic bands and patterns with crossed loops. Complex, interesting designs, as well as unusual ideas combining several motives in one project (original solutions that give an attractive and unusable result), no doubt will interest experienced craftswomen. At the same time, the book is also suitable for beginner needlewomen who only start meeting Japanese knitting.

There are simple, but very bright, spectacular patterns that will help you get used to specific symbols and honing skill. At the end, detailed illustrated descriptions of techniques and techniques, instructions for implementing projects with recommendations for the choice of yarn, drawings and schemes.

From the author
When I was just starting to knit, I did not know how to read Japanese schemes. Poster, plateau, pearl knitting and elastic bands - my skills were more than modest. For my products, I used only these patterns.

In the 1970s I saw an interesting model in one French weekly journal, and I really wanted to repeat it. But how to do that? I raised my reference books and gradually connected it (though the work went very slowly) When I started the study of symbols that are used in Japanese schemes, it turned out that the casket opens very simply. I was delighted when the same patterns appeared before my eyes that I saw in the book.

Knitting is the magic of one thread, with the help of which you can create both a simple flat canvas and very complex embossed embosses Patterns and gentle openers. Each time I knit another example, I discover something new and unusual for myself, the process is incredibly drawn - and I just can’t stop!

Over the years I have tried many different patterns. Some of them are not subject to time, others quickly go out of fashion, but I am sure: those that are really beautiful will delight the eye for many years.

If I can convey to you a piece of delight and pleasure that brings me Knitting, I will be happy!
