The book consists of five chapters. The first chapter of the training manual gives general information about the cutting of wood, wood -cutting tools, and the roughness of wooden processed surfaces. Types of cutting are considered: Teska with an ax, a sample of grooves, crests, quarters, dollars, transverse and longitudinal sawing, strict, milling, drilling.
In the second chapter, the device of the floors of a wooden house is considered. Types of sexes, installation of lag, black floor, inter -story ceiling, installation of skirting boards and fillets.
In the third chapter, roofs of houses are considered. Terms and definitions, types of roofs are given. The rafter system, crate, roofing materials, nails for attaching the roof, laying various types of roof are shown. Sensus and measuring tools are considered, as well as the rules for safe operation on the roof.
The fourth chapter is devoted to the protection of wood, antiseptics and antipyrene, methods of protecting wood are considered.
In the fifth chapter, formwork, their types, structures, installation are considered.
The training manual is intended for workers engaged in advanced training in work by the Professor "Plotnik" in order to obtain qualifications "carpenter of the 2-3th category".
