This monograph is an analysis of the modern organizational and legal state of the Russian judicial system. A professional personal characteristic of the judiciary judge, who is one of the most important elements of the judicial system, has been developed and presented.
The legal features of the interaction of courts with the Federal Bailiff Service, the judicial community and the judicial department are considered. The legal mechanism of the execution of judicial acts on the restoration of violated or disputed rights and the interests of citizens protected by law is deeply investigated. Based on the results of the study, options are proposed to improve the completeness of the real execution of judicial acts, optimize the work of courts, judicial community bodies, and the development of a model of the exemplary personality of the judge - the carrier of power.
