This collection contains materials on summarizing the judicial practice of the Court for Intellectual Property Rights, prepared during the first ten years of its operation with the participation of the Scientific Advisory Council at the Court for Intellectual Property Rights. The Scientific Advisory Council is an advisory body that participates in identifying, discussing, and developing approaches to the most complex issues arising in judicial practice. The developed approaches serve as a guide in case consideration. The materials are grouped into thematic sections, presented in chronological order. The sections are dedicated to procedural law issues, the relationship between general provisions of civil law and special norms on intellectual property, copyright and related rights, patent law, and means of individualization. This collection is intended for practicing lawyers, students, postgraduates, scholars, and other individuals interested in intellectual property protection issues.
