Aigel Gaysin is not just a good, but a significant poet. And she is located where a serious poet should be at such times: in prison lines. This book contains a lyrics written in the last three years of her life. It so happened that she had to fight for the fate of her beloved, and so far this book of poems was the only result of this struggle. And nothing more happened.
But this book is also a serious result, because Gaisina works wonderful with prosodia, and a musical education helps it in this. She not only writes, but also sings. Today, Russian writers are most disgusting from life, and there really is nothing to admire in it. The greater the merit of a person who manages to write about what is happening here and now, and do not fall into journalism or a poster. The poems of Gaysina are sober and serious, free from the girl’s strain and pop directness. In general, this is good Russian poetry, and little saves and encourages little like it
