The manual sets out all sections I part of the course of general physics. An explanation of the basic laws, phenomena and the concepts of classical mechanics, relativistic mechanics and the main provisions of the general theory of relativity are given. The main issues of the molecular-kinetic theory of substances and thermodynamics are considered. The most important achievements in modern science and technology are taken into account, much attention is paid to physics of various natural phenomena.
The purpose of the manual is to help students master the material of the program, to teach actively apply the theoretical foundations of physics as a working apparatus, which makes it possible to solve specific tasks associated with increasing resource efficiency. The manual is focused on independent work of students. It analyzes the decisions of many physical problems, provide tasks for self-decisions and answers to them.
It is intended for interuniversity use by students of technical specialties of full-time and remote form of training
