This edition is dedicated to the criminal law and criminological aspects of countering the organizational activities of individuals holding high positions in the criminal hierarchy. Separate attention is given to the issues of circumstances that need to be investigated and proven in cases of occupying a high position in the criminal hierarchy, as well as the identification of peculiarities in maintaining state prosecution in cases of this category. The analysis conducted allowed to propose a technology for preventing the crime provided for in Article 2011 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
