Henry Ryder Haggard (1865-1925)-English writer, classic of world adventure literature. The universal fame was brought to him by novels about the adventures in South Africa.
The novel “Copes of Tsar Solomon” (publ. In 1885) tells an amazing story that happened to the brave hunter and traveler Allan Quermeine, who becomes the main character and in subsequent works and in subsequent works Haggard.
