This book is the first independent scientific publication published in Russia dedicated to Chinese teas from the Fujian province. The emphasis in the study is placed on the northern part of the province - the Mountain region of Wuyi Shan. In this place appeared tea Xiao Zhong (Xiao Zhong) - the progenitor of modern red ("black") teas. The famous "cliff tea" with his "utter rhyme" appeared here. The most famous oolun from this region, for the Russian consumer, can be considered tea da Hong Pao.
