The gastronomic guide to the Tula and the Tula region is a detailed copyright description of more than 60 best and most interesting restaurant and gastronomic concepts of the region. There is no rating in the guidebook, all objects stand in alphabet, and it included only those that the author of the project selected in the summer of 2021. Along with restaurants, gastrobistr and fashionable bars in the guide, agricultural sector and suburban restaurants with authentic local cuisine are represented. In a colorful publication, the TOP-10 of the best desserts of the region and the place where delicious breakfasts are served separately.

A unique collection is collected in the guidebook: more than 40 recipes for modern Tula cuisine from the best chefs of restaurants-participants of the guide. All recipes are practical and available for cooking in home kitchen. The authors of original recipes, chefs and some restaurants will be awarded with special diplomas at the solemn presentation of the gastronomic guide, which will be held in Tula.

Section about each region - Tula, Yasnaya Polyana, Polenovo, Kulikovo Field, Belev and Odoeva - is supplemented by detailed information about tourist routes and iconic attractions, the best places for colorful photographs, as well as practical recommendations for hotels from professional traveler Natalia Korneychuk .

All photos were completed by the permanent photographer of the guide Jacob Titov, and this project used photos of the Tula photographer Ilya Garbuzov.

Nika Ganich - a television journalist and TV presenter (NTV, Russia 1, Capital +, TV Center), for the past ten years has been operating on the TV channel Kitchen TV. She graduated from the culinary school Ragoût. He is an honorary member of the national guild of the chefs of Russia. The author, producer and leading many television programs, as well as a series of documentary films Geography for Taste.
