About the authors

Paloma Cantina - Mexican Kantin from the most titled bar team of Eastern Europe - owners of the El Copitas Mexican Bar in St. Petersburg, Bar No. 27 in the list of The World"s 50 Best Bars. It was opened in early 2019 by Artem Poruk, Igor Zernov and Nikolai Kiselev. Now there are already two establishments in Russia: in St. Petersburg and in Kazan. Kantina is a typical Mexican institution like a dining room with a bar, where men (entrance to women were prohibited) came to play board games, chat, watch TV. This is a whole social phenomenon.
