"Russian cook" (1816) V.A. Levshina is the first culinary book in history dedicated exclusively to Russian cuisine, culinary equipment and methods of procurement of products. The reprint dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the book contains both the original text in pre-reform spelling, and modern adaptation with comments on cooking historians.
