Annotation to the book "Healthy Eating every day. Scientifically based program "
About the book
A practical and scientifically sound nutrition program that will help to form healthy food habits. You will learn how to properly compose your diet, set realistic goals associated with nutrition, weight and health, reward yourself for achievements and fight with triggers that are pushed to unhealthy food.
And besides you will learn:
Correctly plan purchases,
Follow the balance of calories to maintain a healthy weight,
Eat right on trips and at meetings in restaurants,
set goals to have more vegetables and fruits, and achieve a result.
Authors give recommendations on proper nutrition based on the results of recent scientific research. These tips will allow not only to adjust weight and improve the appearance, but also (most importantly) to form a healthy attitude to food, which, if you maintain it throughout your life, will help you always remain in great form!
The book has many fresh, modern data, diagrams and illustrations, specific tips and life hacks, as well as examples from life that will help introduce new, healthy food habits and get rid of old, harmful. It is important that the authors urge you to work not on the body, but on thoughts: to think why you need to eat right, analyze your current diet and understand what you are doing right, and what you need to work on.
