This book was born as a continuation of the project #Farm -General District - dietary dinners that Olga Karpova organizes on her family farm. She gathers at a table up to 80 people and invites famous Moscow chefs to treat all those present exquisite and useful food.
Alexander Gavrilychev, Igor Kotov, Sergey Dushkov, Vasily Emelianenko, Zakhar Ivanchenko, Olga and Pavel Syutkin, Yanis Melicidis, Alexander Gavrilychev, May Gegidze, Nurerettin Karadash and Olga Slutskaya adapted their best recipes and developed new specially for this project. Olga brought part of the recipes from culinary travel in Greece and Georgia.
The book contains 75 simple recipes from farm products. The dishes are selected by relevance at one or another time of the year. Here you will find recipes for the New Year"s table, Shrovetide, Easter and those that can be prepared during the period of compliance. You will feel like a real chef without spending much time
