More than 600 recipes for various blanks are collected in this book of the new series "Always at hand." We love to preserve, know how to. But I always want to try out some new options.
In this book, in alphabetically, the recipes of blanks made of fruits and berries, and then from vegetables, are first presented. For each fruit, you can find jam or jam, juice or compote, jelly or marmalade, drying or freezing. Or all at once! For each vegetable - salting or pickling, pickling, even jam, or assorted from different types. The places where you can make your notes are highlighted.
At the end, the alphabetical pointer of the recipes is given. And as a decoration of this series in the book there are colored tabs with recipes and illustration of dishes
