Sergey Vasilievich Drukovtsev (1731-1786)-Russian writer of the Enlightenment, activist of the free economic society. The most famous as the compiler of "Brief table notes" - the first table book in Russian (handwritten version of 1765) In 1773, this book was processed and supplemented in the printing house and was sold under the name: "table notes". A lovely gift to those who like to cook!
