Collection of recipe of foreign dishes

A collection of recipe for foreign dishes for catering enterprises was developed by employees of Moscow State University of Technology and Management named after K. G. Razumovsky (first Cossack University) It included the most common recipes for dishes of foreign restaurants in Moscow.
