Heinrich Lamich (Johann Heinrich Lahmann, 1860-1905) - a German doctor and naturopath. In 1894, Henry Lamann, having bought the estate, opened the sanatorium. Lamann recommended a vegetarian diet, consisting mainly of salad, vegetables, fruits and nuts, with the addition of milk and dairy products, as well as whole grain products.
