The training of foreign phones to the Russian literary pronunciation to the manual is based on a contrast comparison of phonetics of the native language of the student and phonetics of the Russian language as a non-native (or language of the host country, or a new language) The study manual describes in detail the tasks in mastering the structures of the Russian syllable with combinations of consonants, Russian consonantism and vocalism, Russian intonation, as well as for the development of communicative phonetics, the skill of reading Russian texts is being worked out. The procedure for presenting the material and the order in training and the manual is due to different degrees of difficulty in the development of students" phonetics of RKN (Linguistics in the Union with the methodology proposed in connection with this principle "from the most common feature in an input accent to the peculiarities of Russian phonetics" . The proposed tutorial contains tasks and requests to each section. They also have special exercises aimed at working out in foreign phones of Russian literary pronunciation.
