Constitutional support of the reliability of the will of the people during voting

The monograph conducted a study of the electoral legislation governing such stages of the electoral process as the organization of voting and summing up the voting results, as well as an analysis of the practice of its application. The theoretical development of the legal framework of the electoral process was carried out and comprehensive proposals have been developed to improve it in order to constitutional support of the reliable will of the people during voting. Legal means of effective protection are proposed with an inaccurate determination of the will of the people during voting.
