This publication was prepared on the basis of the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law and the Scientific and Educational Center for Constitutionalism and Local Self-Government of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. The main objective of the collective monograph is to provide young promising researchers with regard to corruption issues, which is undoubtedly one of the most urgent problems of Russian society, the problems of Russian statehood. There would be nothing special in such a formulation of the question if young scientists did not use the constitutional and legal approach, the methodology of constitutional legal science for their developments. This view of the problems of corruption, despite its extreme demand, remains not yet very developed in our literature.
A collective monograph will be interesting to scientists and teachers, graduate students and students involved in corruption, its influence on state and public institutions, researchers developing promising legal models of combating corruption, as well as a wide circle of readers
