The goal of the practical training is to help the teacher teach and the students learn. The task of the practical training is to provide an opportunity within the course 'Constitutional Judicial Process' to master not only the theory but also the mechanism of practical application of constitutional legal norms. Thanks to this practical training, students will learn to justify their point of view, defend their position against opponents. The solution to the tasks presented in the practical training is not to assess the breadth of knowledge, but to test the ability to apply them, the depth of mastering the theory in practical examples, when simulating practical situations within the proposed situational tasks. It is recommended to use together with the textbook 'Constitutional Judicial Process' (edited by M.A. Mityukov and V.V. Komarova).
