The subject of the book is the urgent problems of the doctrines and practices of constitutional justice at the present stage of the historical development of Russia. The topic is covered in the context of the general trends in the functioning of constitutional justice and its features in our country. The author argues about the main features of Russian constitutional justice, about the challenges and prospects for overcoming them, taking into account the fact that the country is at the transitional stage of its development. The legal barrier has not yet been taken by Russia, which means that the transition to law and democracy is by no means completed. The transitional nature of the historical period experienced by our state as a rack is the main challenge to which we have to find an answer adequate its significance and scale. The solution to this problem requires the mobilization of the efforts of all authorities of current Russia, including the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
