Constituent elements of a crime. Theory and practice

In this work, for the first time in the domestic doctrine, the concept of constructing the composition of the crime is presented on the monographic level, within the framework of which the basic issues of these issues are considered (the concept of constructing the composition of the crime, its place in the structure of criminal law and legislative system, the relationship with related categories, general rules for designing the composition of the composition Crimes), analyzes the individual types of crimes and problems of their construction, as well as the issues of language registration of signs of the composition of the crime and the techniques of their placement in the overall and special parts of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Theoretical provisions are designed to work for the current criminal law, on this basis a significant number of defects of modern criminal law regulation have been revealed and ways to eliminate them are proposed.
