The book is devoted to the experience of the conservative treatment of inconsected intestinal fistulas using fibrin glue. Treatment of inconsigned intestinal fistula remains one of the most relevant and dramatic problems of modern surgery. In recent years, an increase in the amount of such patients has been noted, since in addition to the classical causes of the formation of inconsecable intestinal fistulas associated with the inconsistency of intestinal anastomoses, the injury of intestinal wall, late operational benefits and technical errors in its implementation, a significant contribution group of patients in serious condition, the survival rate of which is 10 -20 years ago was low.
